The prices of business premises in Croatia, despite temporary oscillations in other segments, are stable and show no disturbances or sudden changes. The dynamic business environment creates the demand for business premises, in particular high quality and representative ones. Still in some areas, the lack of quality business or company buildings can be noted, the sale or renting of which, enables a fast profit. The exception is the city of Zagreb, where such demand, due to the intensive construction activities, has been satisfied. Generally, there is the insufficiency of smaller business premises, but also business towers/skyscrapers in larger cities.

The most propulsive Adriatic region, particularly with regard to the construction activities, has not shown such intensity in comparison to the central region. The demand is, therefore,  much bigger than it the Croatian capital, the biggest entrepreneur centre in the state.

Croatia, as the typical transition country has shown great need for commercial centers, that have been built intensively since 2002. The opening of big business, commercial,  or combined commercial-business centers in Croatia, reached its peak some few years ago, but each new centre keeps attracting the public, primarily the part of the population living in the immediate vicinity.
